Progress!

I'm not going to get the video shot tonight, but I tried recording the lyrics and it sounded surprisingly not bad. I also changed a couple of lines that were breaking the narrative (and tempo) a bit.

My roommate tried to stop me   Said the booze was his That shit's so whack, G

Perhaps it's time to change drinks   Before this leads to Some stupid hijinks.

Hopefully by tomorrow night I'll have the lines memorized and I can record in one or two takes. If I'm lucky I can surreptitiously stick an earbud in so I can do the lyrics in the video instead of trying to dub them in from a separate audio track.
